COLOMBIA: Uribismo prepares for local elections

On 20 October political parties across Colombia wound up their campaigns for local elections due a week later, on Sunday 27 October. The polls will at least in part be a verdict on President Iván Duque’s first year in office; they are also an important stepping-stone for the 2022 presidential contest.
