* Brazilian cosmetics group Natura &Co has concluded its purchase of US competitor Avon Products Inc, a deal announced last May and through which Natura becomes the fourth largest beauty company in the world, with an annual turnover of US$10bn and a global presence in over 100 countries. The Brazilian company will now restructure its senior management team, split between the group’s four brands: Natura &Co América Latina (responsible for the group’s overall activity in the region), Avon, The Body Shop, and Aesop. In a statement, Natura notes that its shares, which have already begun trading on the B3 São Paulo stock exchange, will be listed through American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) from today (6 January).
