BRAZIL: Gov’t seeks to tweak approved judicial reform

On 9 January, Brazil’s national judiciary council (CNJ), the body that oversees the functioning of the judiciary, announced that it was extending by 60 days the work of the commission tasked with regulating the work of ‘judges of guarantees’ in the country.
