MEXICO-US | Warning about spread of drug-gang war. The newspaper The Washington Times has published a report on a late-August study by the Arizona Counter Terrorism Information Center (ACTIC) and the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas programme (HIDTA) which warns that the war between Mexico's drug gangs is already spreading into the US.
