ARGENTINA: Murder case stokes political divisions

“We all want to know what happened to Fabián Gutiérrez, who killed him, [and] the motives…but to insinuate that the government could be involved is a really miserable attitude that is hard to understand”. This was the response by Argentina’s President Alberto Fernández to calls by the political opposition for any potential links between the murder and Vice President Cristina Fernández to be cleared up.
