Two more Caribbean nations go to the polls

General elections continue to come thick and fast in the Caribbean in the midst of the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, far more than any other region. Between March and September there were a total of seven electoral contests staged in Guyana, Suriname, St Kitts and Nevis, Anguilla, the Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, and Jamaica. Now ballot boxes are being readied for general elections in St Vincent and the Grenadines and Belize in November.
