PARAGUAY: First court test for 'Raúl Reyes' computer data

Data from the computers of the late Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia leader 'Raúl Reyes' is to be used, for the first time, as evidence in criminal proceedings. The government of Paraguay will use these in court and it has formally asked the Brazilian government to revoke the refugee-status of three leading members of the far-left Partido Patria Libre (PPL) so that it can prosecute them for their alleged part in a high-profile kidnapping in 2002.
