BRAZIL: Anyone for samba?

The Brazilian government is trying to restart the tourism industry, which is still crippled by the effects of the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic. The government launched a package of measures to that effect on 10 November. But opinions are divided over how quickly this revival might happen.
