On 11 February Canada’s Small Business, Export Promotion & International Trade Minister Mary Ng expressed Canada’s “growing concern” over the negative effect that the electricity reform proposed by Mexico’s President Andrés Manuel López Obrador would have on Mexico’s investment climate.
