VENEZUELA: Are the dissident dissidents a game changer?

Fighting has continued into a second week in the border state of Apure, with clashes between the Bolivarian armed forces (FANB) and a dissident Colombian group. The violence, which forced around 6,000 Venezuelan civilians to cross the River Arauca into Colombia to seek safety, could represent a significant turning point for the government led by Nicolás Maduro.
