Focus bulletin have revised down their forecast for 2021 GDP growth for the fourth consecutive week; after the publication of
Q2 negative growth figures last week, they now expect 5.13% growth this year, down from a forecast of 5.22% a week earlier. Meanwhile, forecasts for inflation continue to rise, with inflation now expected to close the year at 7.58%, up from projections of 7.27% a week earlier. Analysts have now revised up their inflation forecasts for 22 weeks without interruption.
