BOLIVIA: Arce under pressure from MAS base
On 30 September a group of around 500 indigenous protesters completed a 37-day march to the Bolivian city of Santa Cruz (Santa Cruz department), where their arrival was used by the political opposition to try and fracture a key support base of the left-wing Movimiento al Socialismo (MAS) government.
