COLOMBIA: Otoniel’s testimony on internal conflict stolen
On 19 February Colombia’s Truth Commission, which was established as part of the transitional justice system (JEP) in 2016 to investigate the causes of the country’s internal conflict, announced that interview recordings with the arrested drug lord Dairo Úsuga David (‘Otoniel’) had been stolen.
