HAITI/DOMINICAN REPUBLIC: DR gov’t urges investigation into missing diplomat

On 1 May the Dominican Republic’s government led by President Luis Abinader called on Haitian authorities to carry out an “immediate investigation” into the apparent kidnapping of one of its diplomats, an agricultural advisor to the Dominican embassy in Haiti, Carlos Guillén Tatis.
