PARAGUAY: Colombia moves to deepen cooperation after Pecci murder
On 19 May Paraguay’s President Mario Abdo Benítez hosted Colombia’s Vice President Marta Lucía Ramírez, who offered her country’s full support and cooperation to get to the bottom of the recent murder of Paraguay’s special prosecutor against organised crime, Marcelo Pecci, on a Colombian beach while on honeymoon.
