COLOMBIA: Poll shows Petro’s lead disappearing
On 31 May, the Colombian pollster Centro Nacional de Consultoría (CNC) published a survey showing populist presidential candidate Rodolfo Hernández (Liga de Gobernantes Anticorrupción) leading his left-wing rival Gustavo Petro (Pacto Histórico) by 41%-39%, in the first poll of this election cycle to show Petro outside of pole position.
