CHILE: Government offers concessions on new constitution
On 11 August Apruebo Dignidad and Socialismo Democrático, the two main coalitions that support the left-wing government led by President Gabriel Boric, announced an agreement to amend parts of the new draft constitution which is due to be submitted to a referendum on 4 September.
