COLOMBIA: Ten armed groups declare ceasefire, gov’t says
On 28 September, Colombia’s Peace Commissioner Danilo Rueda announced that ten illegal armed groups have ordered unilateral ceasefires, including the Clan del Golfo drug trafficking organisation (DTO) and dissident factions of the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (Farc) guerrilla group.
