In brief: Paraguay’s inflation slows

*Paraguay’s central bank (BCP) has released new figures which show that monthly inflation in September was -0.1%. This is down from 0.4% monthly inflation in August, 0.7% in July and 0.5% in June and brings the year-on-year rate to 9.3% - the lowest year-on-year rate since February 2022 and down from 10.5% registered in August, 11.1% in July and 11.5% in June.
