BRAZIL: Who is the most corrupt?

In a turnaround for the books, anti-corruption experts in Brazil announced their support for former president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (2003-2011) ahead of the country’s 30 October presidential runoff. Although Lula and his party, the Partido dos Trabalhadores (PT), have been embroiled in various corruption scandals, the experts in question deem him a better choice than incumbent President Jair Bolsonaro.
