In brief: Colombia posts solid GDP growth

* Colombia’s national statistics department (Dane) has announced that the country’s GDP increased by 2.9% in Q4 2022 compared with the same quarter in 2021, bringing total GDP growth in 2022 to 7.5%. Dane said that across 2022 as a whole, GDP growth was driven by artistic activities, training, recreation and other services activities (+37.9% year-on-year), information and communications (+14.2%), commerce (+10.7%), and manufacturing (+9.8%).
