*Colombia’s national statistics department (Dane) has announced that the unemployment rate in February was 11.7% – up slightly on the 11.4% that was recorded in the same month last year. There was a 5.3 percentage point gender gap, with the unemployment rate for women standing at 14.7%, against 9.4% for men.
