HONDURAS: Zelaya goes to work on mara problem

Mel Zelaya was sworn in as president of Honduras on 27 January. He promised to stick to his campaign pledges, such as improving citizen security, tackling corruption, building 200,000 more houses and creating 400,000 jobs and "no more taxes". Hondurans have heard much of this before and he will need to deliver quickly if he is to retain his popularity push for long.
