MEXICO: More US tariff threats as water dispute escalates

Water has become the new frontier for tensions between Mexico and the US. On 10 April US President Donald Trump threatened to issue additional tariffs and other sanctions against Mexico if it continued to fail to meet its obligations under the 1944 water treaty.
