MEXICO: Government touts record FDI but inflows show signs of slowing

Mexico received a total of US$40.91bn in foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows in the first three quarters of this year, up 14.5% compared to the same period last year and a new record. However, a slowdown in inflows may be cause for concern.
