HONDURAS: Legislator attacked as congress approves recount
On 8 January Honduras’ opposition Partido Nacional (PN) of president-elect Nasry Asfura condemned an attack on PN legislator Gladis Aurora López, who was injured by an explosive device, as congress voted for a recount of the 30 November general elections.
