In brief: Mexico’s Sheinbaum hosts major Nordic business delegation
*Mexico’s President Claudia Sheinbaum has received a business delegation from Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden at the national palace. According to a foreign ministry (SRE) press release, the delegation of some 100 senior executives was led by Swedish business conglomerate Wallenberg Group, which has holdings spanning telecommunications, technology, industry, manufacturing, and life sciences. According to the SRE, the delegation is the biggest Nordic business mission to visit Mexico. The delegation comprised representatives from Norwegian engineering firm Aker, British-Swedish pharmaceutical multinational AstraZeneca, Swedish multinational telecommunications firm Ericsson, and Finnish telecommunications company Nokia, among others.
