*Paraguay’s national service for animal health and quality (Senacsa) has announced an agreement with Bolivia’s agriculture and food hygiene service (Senasag) to allow the export of Paraguayan beef and pork to the Bolivian market, and the import of Bolivian beef to Paraguay. Senacsa said that this agreement is the result of a process which began in 2022, and that it will
“not only strengthen bilateral cooperation, but also contribute towards dynamising trade in the meat sector, guaranteeing compliance with sanitary standards and food safety”.
