HONDURAS: Asfura loosens Libre’s grip on key institutions
On 26 March the Honduran supreme court (CSJ) elected Wagner Vallecillo as president of the body after Rebeca Ráquel Obando, who was aligned with the leftist opposition Partido Libertad y Refundación (Libre), resigned the position in order to avoid impeachment.
