*Argentina’s national statistics institute (Indec) has released its latest figures for international tourism, showing that 824,300 international tourists visited Argentina in March, up 5.1% year-on-year. Of the total number, 314,700 were day-trippers, up 3.2% year-on-year, while 509,600 were tourists who stayed for at least one night, up 6.3% compared to March 2025. Of total visitor numbers, 21.3% came from European countries, 15.6% came from the US and Canada, and 15.0% were from Brazil. The March figure compares with 852,000 international tourists in February, comprising 534,200 tourists and 317,800 day-trippers.
