HONDURAS: Two massacres pile pressure on gov’t
On 21 May Honduras’ government led by President Nasry Asfura ordered a direct police (PNH) and military (FFAA) intervention in two municipalities, Trujillo (Colón department), and Omoa (Cortés department, which borders Guatemala), after two separate attacks left at least 25 people dead.
