President Vicente Fox continued to keep up the hype surrounding the notorious murders of women in Ciudad Juárez by hosting in his residence the first report by the special prosecutor. This has already come under heavy criticism from the state authorities in the state of Chihuahua and campaigners - some of it disingenuous, much misrepresenting partial findings as final ones.
