BRAZIL: Top court upholds soy moratorium
On 12 August Brazil’s supreme court (STF) recognised the constitutionality of the so-called ‘soy moratorium’, a private sector agreement aiming to reduce deforestation, and ordered the termination of legal challenges against the moratorium.
