BRAZIL | Congress ends unpopular tax on fast fashion. The national congress approved a ‘medida provisória’ (MP) decree on 3 September to end the so-called ‘taxa das blusinhas’, a 20% levy on cheap imported goods worth up to US$50 purchased via international e-commerce companies.
