VENEZUELA: Rolling back of censorship continues

A second round of dialogue between the Venezuelan government and opposition from 17-25 September produced two agreements – firstly, to push ahead with the reform of the supreme court (TSJ) that was agreed in the first round of talks in August, and secondly, to permit “freedom of expression, plurality of thought, and the right to information”.
