VENEZUELA: Referendum - an opposition view
Adolfo Taylhardat, a representative from the opposition party Proyecto Venezuela in the Latin American Parliament, has written to us with comments on our report last week [WR-04-22] about the political situation in Venezuela following the 'repair` process that cleared the way for a referendum on President Hugo Chávez ´s permanence in office.
