MEXICO-US: One irritant sorted, another soon might be

Mexicans (and Bush administration officials) are celebrating a court victory that will at long last place the US in compliance with Nafta rules and allow Mexican trucks to venture beyond the narrow border strip to which they have been confined. They are even hoping for a breakthrough in another dispute - over sweeteners - in which the US has sidestepped Nafta and turned to the WTO.
