BRAZIL | Growth 'may exceed 4%'. Planning minister Guido Mantega last week ventured that Brazil's GDP will grow this year by '4%, perhaps a little more'. This is in line with the projection announced last week by the IDB. The latest forecast by both government and central bank is 3.5%.
