ARGENTINA: More splits appear in Kirchnerismo

The fact that the decisive vote in the senate's rejection of the government's agricultural reform was cast by Vice President Julio Cobos, was highly indicative of the breach opening up within the Kirchnerista project, first made manifest last month by dissident members of the ruling Partido Justicialista (PJ) in the lower chamber and the split within Argentina's largest union, Confederación General del Trabajo (CGT) [RBC-08-07].
