CHILE: Foreign affairs dominate Piñera's month

It is hardly surprising that Chile's President Sebastián Piñera has spent most of the past month either travelling outside the country (to Europe and the Middle East) or preparing for President Barack Obama's visit on 21 March. Piñera's reputation (and perhaps popularity) outside Chile is much higher than within the country.
