Morales nationalises again

In a clear signal of his commitment to state control of resources, President Evo Morales has declared the nationalisation of Bolivia's leading telecommunications company, Entel. He also confirmed the return to state control of four foreign-owned natural gas companies, a move first announced last month [RA-08-04].
