HONDURAS: Maduro cuts funding for Parlacen

President Ricardo Maduro has made good on an earlier promise by announcing that he will not be budgeting for next year any appropriation for Parlacen, the Central American parliament. He has also anticipated his resignation to the seat to which he will be entitled ex officio once his presidential term runs out in 2006.
