MEXICO: Minister ruled in contempt of land ruling

A second high-ranking Mexican official is facing the prospect of losing his post after a court ruled that he was in direct violation of a court order. This time it is the federal agrarian-reform minister, Florecio Salazar Adame, and the charge is that he is refusing to obey a presidential decree issued in 1929 and recently validated by an appeals court in the state of Mexico.
