Tracking trends

TOURISM | From recovery to expansion. The tourism promotion council, CPTM, is already predicting that next year Mexico will receive 21.6m visitors, and that earnings from tourism will reach US$11.3bn. This would represent increases of 5.1% and 6.5%, respectively, on the CPTM's estimated totals for this year, based on 11-month totals of 20.5m visitors and earnings of US$10.3bn.
