DEBT: Venezuela pays US$365m to Colombia
On 16 February
Venezuela's foreign minister, Nicolás Maduro, announced that the government had
paid off US$365m of its debts to Colombia. Maduro said that Venezuela hoped to
pay another US$335m soon.
