COFFEE: Record coffee prices fuel one locomotive

In March the International Coffee Organization (ICO) reported that coffee prices were at their highest level for 34 years. While the ICO's composite index closed at US$2.24 per pound in March, Colombian milds were fetching a higher US$3 per pound, with other milds, grown mostly in Central America, reaching US$2.92 a pound.
