BRAZIL: Cardoso accuses Lula of offering nothing new

Former President Fernando Henrique Cardoso has accused his successor Lula da Silva of lacking a clear plan of governance. He said that Lula had offered the country 'nothing new' since coming to power and that his flagship policy, the zero-hunger plan, was little more than a crude publicity stunt.
