Brazil: Central bank sees signs of growth

The central bank sees the economy doing well in 2004. The bank's director of economic policy, Alfonso Bevilaqua, and the international director, Alexandre Schwartsman, both delivered upbeat assessments to the economic affairs committee of the senate yesterday.
