The rows over the management of the forthcoming recall referendum on president Hugo Chávez , scheduled for 15 August, have started. The Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE) has been split by a furious argument over the publication of an apparent list of 117 employees at the Junta Nacional Electoral, which is managing the whole recall referendum process, who signed the petition in support of the recall referendum on president Chávez .
