BRAZIL: China ends soya ban

China announced the end of its ban on imports of Brazilian soya on 21 June. The Chinese imposed the ban in May, when they detected that several cargoes of soya were infected with Carbocin, a fungicide. Brazilian soya exporters claim that the fuss was part of a Chinese attempt to renegotiate prices of soya shipments.
